Do I really need a doula? Will my partner provide enough support?
With so much unknown, it's normal to feel unsure. As your doula I know how you're feeling and understand your anxiety. I'm here to help smooth over some of those worries by making sure you're prepared for your birth.
Birth can be unpredictable, despite our best plans.
In fact, it will probably not go 100% planned like we would like it. Having a doula by your side can definitely help by navigating and educating you through your birth journey. We're not meant to do birth alone, unprepared, or unsettled. Having a doula can make birth a little more smoother and lot more imaginable!
Labor can feel really overwhelming.
Your partner will be there, but this process can be just as stressful for them as well. As your doula, I know your needs and what you want and I also know what your body is going through. Having a doula that is familiar with the medical setting and will reassure you are being taken care of can definitely be less worrisome and more at ease and relaxing.

INVESTMENT: $1200
As your birth doula I will serve as your personal guide before, during, and after your birth. I will also help guide your partner to best support you and your needs during this experience.
Two prenatal visits. We'll assess your desires for birth, understand your options, explore our expectations of one another, and provide useful tools for labor and birth.
Virtual Birth Doula Support
INVESTMENT: $700
Virtual doula services can be just as beneficial as in-person doula support when preparing for your birth. Perfect if you just need a bit of extra support, or you live far away.
Includes over the phone, text, and video call support before, during, after birth!
