Childbirth Prep
There is so much information to filter through between the internet and family and friends telling you the do's and don'ts of having a baby. It can get overwhelming and stressful trying to piece everything together just in time before your little one arrives.
Having evidence-based information is best to have to become informed in order to plan for your birth experience. Partners are encouraged to attend as well.

Newborn Care Class
Uh oh! Your baby has finally arrived, it has been a long 9 months and you have patiently been waiting the arrival of your little one. Maybe this is baby #2 and you just need a refresher and have a few questions to make you feel a little more confident. This might even be your very first baby and you are absolutely clueless on what everything is supposed to look like when it comes to taking care of a newborn.
The Newborn Care class has you covered. You will walk away with confidence and understanding how to respond to your newborn's needs. You should definitely consider taking this class before your baby arrives and partners are encouraged to attend as well.
Breastfeeding Basics
Breastfeeding. It can be exciting because you're able to feed and provide the nourishment for your baby. It can also feel daunting and painful all at the same time. I know you just need a little more guidance and reassurance that you can do this. Latching, hunger cues, milk ducts, bottles, pumping, the list goes on and on of what you need to know when it comes to breastfeeding.
This class will give you all the confidence, resources and knowledge for a good foundation to breastfeed your baby. You should definitely consider taking this class before your baby arrives and partners are encouraged to attend as well.
